Mr. Plociak is a serial entrepreneur and author having started five companies since 1981. His skill set includes expertise in marketing and sales, as well as financial management.

Most recently, Matt has used his entrepreneurial experience to be a co-founder of two solar applications companies in the signage industry, the latest being a division of Duggal Energy Systems, called SolarSmart Signs.

Matt was a pioneer in the computer retailing industry. He was the founder of one of the first chains of computer retailers in 1981 which grew to over $30 million in revenues. He co-founded and managed NETLAN through 15 years of changes in the computer services industry. NETLAN was recognized as one of the fastest growing businesses in the U.S. as an INC500 company two years in a row. NETLAN grew to nearly $20 million in revenues without any outside capital, culminating in a successful sale of the firm to a NASDAQ listed e-commerce company.

Mr. Nelligan is a pioneer in the LED sign industry with many firsts to his credit.  He has expertise in Technical Design, Operational and Sales Management.  As an entrepreneur Jim has started three sign companies since 1988.

Most recently, Jim utilized used his entrepreneurial experience to be a co-founder of two solar applications companies in the signage industry, the latest being a division of Duggal Energy Systems, called SolarSmart Signs.

Jim has 25 plus years of experience working in the signage industry developing, marketing, selling and supporting electronic message displays, indoor and outdoor lighting, both on/off grid, and most recently off-grid signage.

Among Jim's many pioneering efforts in LED Displays his accomplishments include:

• 1st LED Message Display for a highway application in the US
• 1st LED Message Display for a Toll Booth application in the US
• 1st LED Message Display for a portable construction trailer in the US
• 1st LED Message display for the Wall Street Financial District in NYC
• 1st LED Message Display for a commercial vehicle in the US

As a former VP of the first Electronic display manufacturer in Philadelphia, Pa., Jim developed and generated the bid specifications that obtained contracts with a number of traffic and government authorities, including: The Port Authority of NY, NJ, New York Thruway Authority, Delaware D.O.T, Delaware River and Bridge Authority, New Jersey D.O.T., and PA Turnpike Authority.
